Anteseden Desination Loyalty
P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari Tourism Service Quality yang meliputi Assurance-Responsiveness, Tangible facilities-Emphaty, Reliability, dan Reliability Quality of Direction pada Destination Image serta pengaruh Destination Image pada Destination Loyalty.Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode uji hipotesis, yang bertujuan untuk menguji ada tidaknya pengaruh langsung antara variabel penelitian dengan menggunakan Model Persamaan Struktural (SEM). Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa Assurance-Responsiveness dan Reliability Quality of Direction berpengaruh positif terhadap Destination Image. Tangible facilities-Emphaty dan Reliability tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Destination Image. Destination Image berpengaruh positif terhadap Destination Loyalty. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberi masukan kepada pengelola hotel dan Pemerintah Provinsi Pulau Bali agar meningkatkan pelayanan hotel dan citra pariwisatanya di mata wisatawan.
P urpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Tourism Service Quality include Assurance-Responsiveness, Tangible facilities-Emphaty, Reliability, and Reliability Quality of Direction on Destination Image also influence Destination Image on Destination Loyalty.The theoritical model that is used in this study is the hypothetical testing method, that means to examine if there is direct effect using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results showed that Assurance-Responsiveness and Reliability Quality of Direction had a positive effect on Destination Image. Tangible facilities-Emphaty and Reliability has no positive effect on Destination Image. Destination Image had a positive effect on Destination Loyalty. The results of this study can provide input to hotel management and Provincial Government of Bali Island to improve hotel services and tourism image for tourists.
