Anteseden dari e-commerce success
P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh E-Commerce Success yang dipengaruhi oleh Website Service Quality, Personalizaton dan eWOM. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode non-probability samplingdengan menggunakan alat Analia Structural Equation Modeling. Sampel yangdigunakan adalah sebanyak 180 responden yang pernah menggunakan wesite ecommerce selama 4 bulan terakhir. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Website Service Quality berpengaruh terhadap E-Commerce Success, Personalizaton berpengaruh terhadap E-Commerce Success dan eWOM berpengaruh terhadap ECommerce Success.
T he objective of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of ECommerceSuccess influenced by Website Service Quality, Personalization andeWOM. The method used is a non-probability sampling method using StructuralEquation Modeling Analysis tools. The sample took 180 respondents who have madea purchase through e-commerce website in the past four months. The results of thisstudy is to indicate Website Service Quality has influence towards E-CommerceSuccess, Personalization has influence towards E-Commerce Success, and eWOMhas influence towards E-Commerce Success.
