P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh quality of food, service quality, price, interior dan exterior terhadap restaurant image selection. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 200 responden yang pernah bersantap di restoran etnik dan dikumpulkan dengan metode purposive sampling. Pengujian dilakukan dengan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM).Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) quality of food mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap restaurant image selection, (2) service quality mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap restaurant image selection, (3) price mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap restaurant image selection, (4) interior mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap restaurant image selection, (5) exterior mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap restaurant image selection. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa keputusan pemilihan restoran berasal dari kualitas makanan, kualitas pelayanan, harga, lingkungan bagian dalam restoran dan lingkungan luar restoran.

T his study aims to examine and analyze the quality of food, service quality, price, interior and exterior of the restaurant image selection. The sample used in this study were 200 respondents that dining at ethnic restaurants and collected by purposive sampling method. Tests conducted by the method of Structural Equation Model (SEM) The results of this study were (1) The quality of food has a positive effect on restaurant image selection, (2) service quality has a positive effect on restaurant image selection, (3) price has a positive influence the restaurant image selection, (4) the interior has a positive effect on restaurant image selection, (5) the exterior has a positive effect on restaurant image selection. It can be concluded that the decision of the selection of the restaurant comes from the quality of food, quality of service, price, neighborhood environment inside the restaurant and outside the restaurant
