Anteseden customer intention to use pada online food delivery
P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived usefulness, time savingbenefit, price saving benefit, dan food safety risk perception terhadap customer intention touse. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada individu yang sudah pernah melakukan pembelian 6 kalidalam 1 tahun terakhir pada aplikasi online food delivery seperti Grab Food, Go Food, danShopee Food. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui kuesioner online (google form). Teknikpenarikan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu purposive sampling. Alatanalisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM).Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa variabel perceived usefulness, time saving benefit,price saving benefit, dan food safety risk perception berpengaruh positif terhadap customerintention to use.
