Anteseden continuance intention pada mobile food ordering applications
P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Anteseden dariContinuance Intention pada Mobile Food Ordering Applications. Sampel yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini berujumlah 200 responden. Dalam penelitian inimetode pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling denganteknik purposive sampling. Pengujian di lakukan dengan metode StructuralEquation Model (SEM) dengan software AMOS. Hasil dari penelitian ditemukanbahwa anteseden dari continuance intention adalah (1) Expectation Confirmationberpengaruh positif terhadap Dining Atittude, (2) Perceived Usefulnessberpengaruh positif terhadap Dining Atittude, (3) Dining Atittude berpengaruhpositif terhadap E-Satisfaction, (4) E-Satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadapContinuace Intention. Saran (1) Penelitian selanjutnya tidak hanya melibatkanresponden pada sisi pelanggan saja, namun pengguna secara keseluruhan, (2)Penelitian selanjutnya dapat meneliti lebih dari satu objek peneltian misalnyayang berfokus pada fashion, travel atau health, (3) Penelitian selanjutnya dapatmenggunakan variabel Perceived Ease of Use
T he objective of this study to examine and analyze the antecedents of ContinuanceIntention on Mobile Food Ordering Applications. The sample used in this studyamounted to 200 respondents. In this study, the sampling method used nonprobabilitysampling with purposive sampling technique. The test was carried outusing the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method with AMOS software. Theresults of this study are (1) Expectation Confirmation has a positive effect onDining Atittude, (2) Perceived Usefulness has a positive effect on Dining Atittude,(3) Dining Attitude has a positive effect on E-Satisfaction, (4) E-Satisfaction has apositive effect on Continuace Intention. Suggestions (1) Further research does notonly involve respondents on the customer side, but users as a whole, (2) Furtherresearch can examine more than one research object, for example, focusing onfashion, travel or health, (3) Further research can use variables Perceived Easeof Use
