P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Service Quality terhadap Customer Loyalty dengan Customer Satisfaction sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada individu yang membeli kopi dari kedai kopi seperti Janji Jiwa, Kopi Kenangan, dan Point Coffee dalam 4 bulan terakhir sejak penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan juni 2024. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui kuesioner online (Google Form). Teknik penarikan sampe yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu purposive sampling. Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM).

T his study aims to test the effect of Service Quality on Customer Loyalty with Customer Satisfaction as a mediating variable. This study was conducted on individuals who bought coffee from coffee shops such as Janji Jiwa, Kopi Kenangan, and Point Coffee in the last 4 months since this study was conducted in June 2024. Research data was obtained through an online questionnaire (Google Form). The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The data analysis tool used was the Structural Equation Model (SEM).
