Hubungan antara relationship quality, cooperation dan customer loyalty pada bisnis waralaba
P enelitian ini membahas mengenai hubungan antara relationship quality, cooperation dan customer loyalty pada bisnis waralaba. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh positif antara relationship quality, cooperation dan customer loyalty pada bisnis waralaba. Data yang digunakan merupakan data primer yang diperoleh dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner secara langsung. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 60 orang yang merupakan franchisee waralaba di kota Bogor. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah the Multiple regression model dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 13.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara relationship quality terhadap cooperation dan customer loyalty. Terdapat pula pengaruh positif cooperation terhadap customer loyalty pada bisnis waralaba. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menambahkan variabel penelitian, yaitu variabel komunikasi.
T his study discusses the relationship between relationship quality, customer loyalty and cooperation in a franchise business. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a positive relationship between quality, customer loyalty and cooperation in a franchise business. The data used is the primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires directly. Samples used in this study are as many as 60 franchisee in Bogor. The analytical method used was the Multiple regression models using SPSS software version 13.0. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence between relationship quality on cooperation and franchisee loyalty. There is also a positive influence on the cooperation of the franchisee loyalty in a franchise business. The future research are expected to add the study variables, that’s the communication variables.
