Pengaruh brand image terhadap customer commitment dan customer loyality
P enelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Brand Image danCustomer Commitment terhadap Customer Commitment. Data yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini adalah data primer. Data dikumpulkan langsung melalui penyebarankuesioner kepada 120 responden. Teknik pengambilan sample dalam penelitian iniadalah dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Uji instrument data menggunakan ujivaliditas dan uji reliabilitas. Uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan StuructureEquation Model (SEM).Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif BrandImage terhadap Customer Commitment, Customer Commitment terhadap CustomerLoyalty dan Brand Image terhadap Customer Loyalty
T he study is done to know the effects of the Brand Image and CustomerCommitment to Customer Loyalty. The data used in this research was the primary data.Data collected directly through the distribution of the questionnaire to 120 respondents.Sampling technique in this research is using purposive sampling. Test data instrument isusing validity and reliability test. Hypothesis testing in this research using StuructureEquation Model (SEM).The results of hypothesis testing suggests that there are a positive influence theBrand Image to Customer Commitment, Customer Commitment to Customer Loyaltyand Brand Image on Customer Loyalty.
