Anteseden dan konsekuensi dari customer satisfaction
P ada tahun 2020, pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia hampir mengalami penurunan sebesar 2.07%. Hampir semua sektor mengalami penurunan, dengan penurunan terbesar terjadi pada industri transportasi dan pergudangan serta penyediaanmakanan. Secara keseluruhan laju pertumbuhan Food and Beverage atau F&B menurun akibat pandemi COVID-19 Pada penelitian ini alat analisis data yang akan digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yang dijalankan dengan program AMOS.Terdapat pengaruh positif price, Location and Environment, Service Quality , Customer satisfaction terhadap customer loyalty dan tidak terdapat pengaruh positif food quality terhadap customer loyaltyManajer restoran perlu memastikan bahwa standar dan prosedur pemeliharaan suhu makanan dijaga dengan ketat.
I n 2020, Indonesia's economic growth experienced a nearly 2.07% decline. Almost all sectors experienced a downturn, with the largest decreases occurring in the transportation and warehousing industries, as well as in the food provision sector. Overall, the growth rate of the Food and Beverage (F&B) industry declined due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In this study, the data analysis tool that will be used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), which will be executed using the AMOS program. There are positive influences of price, location and environment, service quality, and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. However, there is no positive influence of food quality on customer loyalty. Restaurant managers need to ensure that the standards and procedures for maintaining food temperature are strictly upheld.
