Antecedents dari repurchase intention, word-of-mouth dan feedback pada industri penerbangan low cost carrier
P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tangible, schedules, ground staff, flight attendant terhadap repurchase intention, word-of-mouth dan feedback melalui customer satisfaction pada industri penerbangan Low Cost can•ier. Data yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah data primer dari 140 responden yang merupakan penumpang penerbangan Low Cost Carrier. Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling. Uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Structural Equation M odel (SEM) dengan menggunakansoftware AMOS. Hasil pengujian hipotesa menunjukan terdapat pengaruh positif antara tangible, schedules, ground staff, flight attendant terhadap repurchase intention, word- of-mouth dan feedback melalui customer satisfaction pada jasa penerbangan Low Cost carrier.
T his research aims to analyze the effect of tangible, schedules, ground staff, flight attendant toward repurchase intention, word-of mouth, feedback mediated by customer satisfaction on Low-Cost Airlines Carriers. Data used for this study is the primary data taken from 140 respondents in customer airlines. Data obtained by spreading questionnaires. Sampling technique was using a purposive sampling. Hypothesis test in this research was using a structural equational model (SEM) using AMOS software. The hypotesis testing results shows that there were positive and significantly effect of tangible, schedules, ground staff, flight attendant toward repurchase intention, word- of mouth feedback mediated by customer satisfaction.
