The antecedents of revisit intention and word of intention
P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh dari Disconfirmation terhadap Customer Satisfaction, Revisit Intention dan Word Of Mouth Intention, serta pengaruh Customer Satisfaction terhadap Revisit Intention dan Word Of Mouth Intention. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 132 orang yang merupakan konsumen individual dari pelanggan restaurant Sushi Tei di Jakarta, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling dan hipotesa diuji dengan metode SEM dengan menggunakan AMOS version 7 Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan pada Disconfirmation terhadap Customer Satisfaction, Revisit Intention dan Word Of Mouth Intention serta pengaruh Customer Satisfaction terhadap Revisit Intention dan Word Of Mouth Intention.
T he purpose of this study is to examine the influence of Disconfirmation against Customer Satisfaction, Revisit Intention and Word Of Mouth Intention, and the influence of Customer Satisfaction against Revisit Intention and Word Of Mouth Intention. Data collected by distributing questionnaires to 132 respondent which is individual consumer from Sushi Tei restaurant in Jakarta, this study used purposive sampling and the hypothesis tested by SEM using software AMOS 7. The result of this study stated that there is an influence of Disconfirmation against Customer Satisfaction, Revisit Intention and Word Of Mouth Intention, and the influence of Customer Satisfaction against Revisit Intention and Word Of Mouth Intention.
