P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh hedonic value, utilitarian value pada customer satisfaction untuk repurchase intention dan willingness to pay a price premium di industri laptop. Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online kepada responden yang pernah membeli dan menggunakan laptop. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 265 responden. Metode penarikan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu purposive sampling. Metode yang analisis data yang dugunakan pada penelitian ini untuk menganalisa pengaruh antar variabel-variabel yang dimiliki menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan bantuan software SPSS 26 dan AMOS 24.Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa hedonic value dan utilitarian value secara posistif berpengaruh terhadap customer satisfaction , customer satisfaction secara posistif berpengaruh terhadap repurchase intention dan customer satisfaction secara posistif berpengaruh terhadap willingness to pay a a price premium.

T his study aims to analyze the effect of hedonic value, utilitarian value on customer satisfaction for repurchase intention and willingness to pay a price premium in the laptop industry. Data was obtained by distributing online questionnaires to respondents who had bought and used a laptop. The sample used was 265 respondents. The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling. The data analysis method used in this study was to analyze the influence of the variables using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method with the help of SPSS 26 and AMOS 24 software.The results of this study conclude that hedonic values and utilitarian values have a positive effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has a positive effect on repurchase intention and customer satisfaction has a positive effect on willingness to pay a price premium.
