Pengaruh perceived value dan transaction cost terhadap repurchase intention
P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived value dan transaction cost terhadap repurchase intention. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah responden yang sudah pernah membeli produk atau jasa dari “Tokopedia.com†dalam tiga bulan terakhir Pemilihan sampel dilakukan peneliti melalui metode non-probability sampling Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Software yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SPSS 24 dan SPSS AMOS.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi nilai, information searching cost, dan moral hazard cost mempunyai pengaruh terhadap e-shopping value dan repurchase intention. Sedangkan, spesific asset investment hanya berpengaruh terhadap repurchase intention.
T his study aims to analyze the effect of perceived value and transaction cost on repurchase intention. This study uses primary data. Sampling in this research is the respondents who have bought the product or service from "Tokopedia.com" in the last three months. The sample selection is done by the researcher through the non-probability sampling method. In this research, the method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is used. Software used in this research are SPSS 24 and SPSS AMOS.The results of this study indicate that the perception of value, information searching cost, and moral hazard cost have influence on e-shopping value and repurchase intention. Specific asset investment only affects repurchase intention.
