P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh transformational leadership dan organizational culture terhadap learning organization pada karyawan PT Bayutama Teknik, Jakarta. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan menggunakan instrumen kuisioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel mengunakan sensus pada karyawan PT Bayutama Teknik sebanyak 150 karyawan. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode multiple regrestion dengan SPSS versi 21.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh positif transformational leadership terhadap learning organization (2) terdapat pengaruh positif organizationsl culture terhadap learning organization.

T his study aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership and organizational culture to the learning organization on employees of PT Bayutama Teknik, Jakarta. Data collection method used in this research is survey method by using questionnaire instrument. Sampling technique using census of PT Bayutama Teknik employee as many as 150 employees. Methods of data analysis using multiple regression method with SPSS version 21.0. The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is a positive influence of transformational leadership on learning organization (2) there is a positive influence organizations culture on learning organization.
