P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Compensation, Organizational commitment, terhadap Employee performance yang dimediasi oleh Job satisfaction di PT. X. Pada penelitian penarikan sampel dilakukan menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 189 karyawan dan responden sebanyak 155 responden. Uji hipotesis penelitian ini menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) dengan software AMOS 26 untuk menguji pengaruh Compensation, Organizational commitment, Employee performance dan Job satisfaction. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa Compensation berpengaruh positif terhadap Job satisfaction, Organizational commitment berpengaruh positif terhadap Job satisfaction, Job satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap Employee performance, Compensation berpengaruh negatif terhadap Employee performance, Organizational commitment berpengaruh positif terhadap Employee performance, Compensation berpengaruh positif terhadap Employee performance yang dimediasi oleh Job satisfaction Organizational commitment berpengaruh positif terhadap Employee performance yang dimediasi oleh Job satisfaction. Implikasi manajerial pada penelitian ini diharapkan perusahaan dapat dapat memberikan bonus yang lebih besar untuk meningkatkan compensation, dan untuk mempertahankan organizational commitment perusahaan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan hubungan yang lebih baik dengan karyawan.

T his study aims to analyze Compensation, Organizational commitment, to Employee performance mediated by Job satisfaction at PT. X. In the study, the sample was drawn using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique with a population of 189 employees and 155 respondents. This research hypothesis test uses SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with AMOS 26 software to test the effect of Compensation, Organizational commitment, Employee performance and Job satisfaction. The results of hypothesis testing show that Compensation has a positive effect on Job satisfaction, Organizational commitment has a positive effect on Job satisfaction, Job satisfaction has a positive effect on Employee performance, Compensation has a negative effect on Employee performance, Organizational commitment has a positive effect on Employee performance mediated by Job satisfaction Organizational commitment has a positive effect on Employee performance mediated by Job satisfaction. The managerial implications of this research are that companies are expected to be able to provide larger bonuses to increase compensation, and to maintain organizational commitment, companies are expected to improve better relationships with employees.
