T ujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan dari job crafting apakah memiliki pengaruh terhadap task performance, organizational citizenship behavior dan job satisfaction pada karyawan yang bekerja di PT.Bank Rakyat Indonesia,Tbk. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian jenis kuantitatif dengan metode hipotesis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda dengan alat analisis yang digunakan untuk pengujian hipotesis adalah SPSS 2.5. Data penelitian didapatkan dari hasil survey sebanyak 50 responden karyawan yang bekerja di PT.Bank Rakyat Indonesia.Tbk cabang Gunung Sahari. Hasil deskriptif statistik jawaban rata-rata responden untuk variabel Job Crafting adalah 3,8123, untuk variabel Task Performance adalah 4,4333, untuk variabel OCB (Organizational Citizenship Behavior) adalah 4,6122 dan variabel Job Satisfaction jawaban adalah 4,4733. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial terdapat pengaruh terdapat pengaruh job crafting terhadap task performance, tidak terdapat pengaruh job crafting terhadap organizational citizenshop behavior dan terdapat pengaruh job crafting terhadap job satisfaction. Implikasi Manajerial: Manajer untuk memperhatikan konsistensi dalam memberikan pekerjaan dan tanggung jawab, memfasilitasi pekerjaan, dan mengapresiasi karyawan di tempat kerja.

T he purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of job crafting whether it has an influence on task performance, organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction among employees who work at PT.Bank Rakyat Indonesia,Tbk. This research is a quantitative type of research with a hypothesis method. This research uses multiple regression analysis method with the analytical tool used for hypothesis testing is SPSS 2.5. The research data were obtained from a survey of 50 employee respondents who worked at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia. Gunung Sahari branch Branch. Descriptive statistics of the respondents' average answers for the Job Crafting variable was 3.8123, for the Task Performance variable was 4.4333, for the OCB (Organizational Citizenship Behavior) variable was 4.6122 and the Job Satisfaction variable was 4.4733. The results showed that partially there was an effect of the influence of job crafting on task performance, there was no effect of job crafting on organizational citizenship behavior and there was an effect of job crafting on job satisfaction. Implication Managerial : Managers to pay attention to consistency in providing jobs and responsibilities, facilitating work, and appreciating employees in the workplace.
