P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh servant leadership,perceived organizational support, organizational culture terhadap innovative workbehavior karyawan PT Transportasi Jakarta. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian iniadalah data primer dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 276 karyawan pada kantorpusat dan depo Transjakarta. Untuk menganalisis data pada penelitian inimenggunakan teknik uji instrumen berupa uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan pengujianhipotesis dengan sofware SPSS 22 & SEM-PLS versi 3.0. Hasil menunjukkan bahwaservant leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap innovative work behavior. Karyawanyang merasakan gaya kepemimpinan servant leadership di para pemimpin, akan dapatmeningkatkan innovative work behavior. Selain itu, perceived organizational supportberpengaruh positif terhadap innovative work behavior. Ketika karyawan merasakanperceived organizational support yang tinggi, maka karyawan akan meningkatkaninnovative work behavior. Organizational culture juga ditemukan memiliki pengaruhpositif terhadap innovative work behavior, karena semakin kuat budaya organisasidalam suatu perusahaan, semakin tinggi juga tingkat innovative work behaviorkaryawan. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi manajemenperusahaan dalam mengembangkan strategi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan perilakukerja inovatif karyawan melalui pengembangan servant leadership, peningkatanperceived organizational support, dan memperkuat organizational culture.

T his research aims to analyze the effect of servant leadership, perceivedorganizational support, and organizational culture on the innovative work behaviorof employees of PT Transportasi Jakarta. The data used in this study is primary datawith a total of 276 respondents from the head office and Transjakarta depots. Toanalyze the data in this study, instrument testing techniques were used, namely validitytests, reliability tests, and hypothesis testing using SPSS 22 & SEM-PLS softwareversion 3.0. The results show that servant leadership has a positive effect on innovativework behavior. Employees who feel servant leadership style in their leaders will beable to improve their innovative work behavior. In addition, perceived organizationalsupport has a positive effect on innovative work behavior. When employees feel highperceived organizational support, employees will increase their innovative workbehavior. Organizational culture is also found to have a positive effect on innovativework behavior, because the stronger the organizational culture in a company, thehigher the level of employee innovative work behavior. The results of this study haveimportant implications for company management in developing effective strategies toimprove employee innovative work behavior through the development of servantleadership, increasing perceived organizational support, and strengtheningorganizational culture.
