Pengaruh socially responsible human resource management terhadap job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behaviour, dan work motivation pada PT. Schneider Indonesia
P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah Socially Responsible Human Resource Management memiliki pengaruh terhadap Job satisfaction, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, dan Work Motivation pada PT. Schneider Indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kualitatif yang mana data diolah dengan statistik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode hipotesis testing. Data penelitian ini didapat dari hasil survey sebanyak 50 responden yang bekerja di PT. Schneider Indonesia. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh positif antara Socially Responsible Human Resource Management terhadap Job Satisfaction, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, dan Work Motivation. Dari hasil penelitian ini disarankan untuk perusahaan agar memberikan bantuan-bantuan social kepada karyawannya agar dapat meningkatkan kepuasan dan motivasi dalam bekerja.
T his study aims to examine whether Socially Responsible Human Resource Management has an influence on Job Satisfaction, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and Work Motivation at PT. Schneider Indonesia. This type of research is qualitative research in which data is processed with statistics. The research method used in this study is the hypothesis testing method. The data of this study were obtained from the results of a survey of 50 respondents who worked at PT. Schneider Indonesia. The results of this study are that there is a positive influence between Socially Responsible Human Resource Management on Job Satisfaction, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and Work Motivation. From the results of this study it is suggested for companies to provide social assistance to their employees in order to increase satisfaction and motivation at work.
