Pengaruh fringe benefit terhadap job performance yang dimediasi oleh job satisfaction pada karyawan PT. Pos Indonesia cabang Jakarta Selatan.
P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Fringe Benefit terhadap Job Performance yang dimediasi oleh Job Satisfaction. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Pos Indonesia cabang Jakarta Selatan . Pengujian ini dilakukan dengan metode analisis data statistik deskriptif dan Structural Equation Model (SEM)Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Fringe Benefit berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Satisfaction. (2) Fringe Benefit berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Performance. (3) Job Satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Performance. (4) Fringe Benefit berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Performance yang dimediasi oleh Job Satisfaction.
T his research aims to examine and analyze the effect of Fringe benefits on Job Performance that mediated by Job Satisfaction. The sample used in this research were employees of PT. Pos Indonesia, South Jakarta. This research uses descriptive descriptive statistical data analysis methods and Structural Equation Model (SEM).The results of this study are (1) Fringe Benefit has a positive effect on Job Satisfaction. (2) Fringe Benefit has a positive effect on Job Performance. (3) Job Satisfaction has a positive effect on Job Performance. (4) Fringe Benefit has a positive effect on Job Performance mediated by Job Satisfaction.
