P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana job involvement, jobsatisfaction, dan organisational commitment terhadap knowledge sharing behaviour pada karyawan PT. Angkasa Pura II divisi Perencanaan Strategis dan Manajemen Kinerja di Tangerang. Data diperoleh dari kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 42 responden, namun hanya 30 kuesioner yang kembali kepada peneliti. Metode analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif untuk menganalisa job involvement, job satisfaction, organisational commitment dan knowledge sharing behaviourdengan melihat nilai rata-rata jawaban responden dan regresi berganda menggunakan bantuan software SPSS untuk menganalisa pengaruh dari job involvement, job satisfaction, dan organisational commitment terhadap knowledge sharing behaviour. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa karyawan memiliki job involvement yang cukup baik hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari nilai rata-rata sebesar 3,85. Job satisfaction diketahui nilai rata-rata sebesar 4,70 yang menunjukan bahwa karyawan PT. Angkasa Pura II divisi Perencanaan Strategis dan Manajemen Kinerja merasakan kepuasan kerja. Organisational commitment diketahui nilairata-rata sebesar 3,91 yang menunjukkan bahwa karyawan memiliki komitmen terhadap perusahaan. Knowledge sharing behaviour memiliki nilai rata-rata 4,73 yang menunjukan bahwa para karyawan bersedia untuk berbagi pengetahuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa job involvement tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap knowledge sharing behaviour dengan nilai significant sebesar 0,226 > 0,05. Hasil penelitian penelitian menunjukan bahwa job satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap knowledge sharing behaviour dengan nilaisignificant sebesar 0,048 < 0,05 dan organisational commitment tidak terdapat pengaruh terhadap knowledge sharing behaviour dengan nilai significant sebesar 0,621 > 0,05.

T his study aims to analyze how job involvement, job satisfaction, andorganizational commitment to knowledge sharing behavior on the employee PT.Angkasa Pura II division of Strategic Planning and Performance Management inTangerang. Data obtained from the questionnaires distributed to 42 respondents, but only 30 questionnaires were returned to the researcher. The method of data analysis used in this study is to use descriptive statistics to analyze job involvement, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and knowledge sharing behavior by looking at the average value of the answers and multiple regression using statistical software SPSS to analyze the influence of job involvement, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment to knowledge sharing behavior. The results of the study showed that employee involvement has a fairly good job it can be seen from the average value of 3.85. Job satisfaction known to the average value of 4.70, which indicates that the employee PT. Angkasa Pura II division of Strategic Planning and Performance Management job satisfaction. Organisational commitment known to the average value of 3.91 which indicates that employees are committed to the company. Knowledge sharing behavior has an average rating of 4.73 which indicates that the employee is willing to share his knowledge. The results showed that job involvement was not a positive influence on knowledge sharing behavior with significant value of 0.226> 0.05. The results of the study showed that job satisfaction has positive influence on knowledge sharing behavior with significant value of 0.048 < 0.05 and organizational commitment there is no negative influence on knowledge sharing behavior with significant value of 0.621 > 0.05
