Pengaruh job involvement, work engagement terhadap turnover intention yang dimediasi oleh job satisfaction pada karyawan perusahaan bank rakyat indonesia
P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari Job Involvement, Work Engagement terhadap Turnover Intention dimediasi oleh Job Satisfaction pada karyawan Bank Rakyat Indonesia. Data pada penelitian ini dikumpulkan dari sampel berjumlah 218 responden yang bekerja di Bank Rakyat Indonesia. Data dianalisis menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) dengan software SPSS & AMOS untuk menguji pengaruh job involvement, work engagement, turnover intention, dan job satisfaction. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa job involvement tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap turnover intention, work engagement tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap turnover intention, job satisfaction tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap turnover intention, job involvement memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap job satisfaction, work engagement memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap job satisfaction, job satisfaction dapat memediasi pengaruh job involvement, work engagement terhadap turnover intention. Implikasi manajerial pada penelitian ini yakni menjadi sumber informasi dan diterapkan secara nyata oleh pihak manajemen dan pimpinan perusahaan Bank Rakyat Indonesia untuk meningkatkan job involvement, work engagement, job satisfaction dan menurunkan tingkat turnover intention
T his study aims to analyze the influence of Job Involvement, Work Engagement on Turnover Intention mediated by Job Satisfaction in Bank Rakyat Indonesia employees. Data in this study was collected from a sample of 218 respondents who worked at Bank Rakyat Indonesia. Data were analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with SPSS & AMOS software to test the effect between job involvement, work engagement, turnover intention and job satisfaction. Hypothesis test results show that job involvement has no influence on turnover intention, work engagement has no influence on turnover intention, job satisfaction has no influence on turnover intention, job involvement has a positive influence on job satisfaction, work engagement has a positive influence on job satisfaction, Job satisfaction can mediate the influence of job involvement and work engagement on turnover intention. The managerial implications of this research are that it becomes a source of information and is implemented in real terms by the management and company leaders of Bank Rakyat Indonesia to increase job involvement, work engagement, job satisfaction and reduce the level of turnover intention.
