P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis variabel Management Training,Management Style dan Employee Turnover Intentions. serta menganalisispengaruh Management Training dan Management Style terhadap Employee Turnover Intentions pada PT Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah Amanah Ummah Bogor. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji hipotesis.Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakanpenelitian lapangan melalui penyebaran kuesioner, sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 133 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Statistik deskriptif, dan analisis berganda sederhana.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Management Training berpengaruh negatifterhadap Employee Turnover Intentions dengan  = -0,226 dan p-value=0,001 (2)Management Style berpengaruh negatif terhadap Employee Turnover Intentionsdengan  = -0,722 dan p-value = 0,000. Dengan kata lain, Management Training dan Management Style berperan dalam mengurangi Employee Turnover Intentions.

T his study aims to analyze Management Training variables, ManagementStyle and Employee Turnover Intentions. and analyze the effect of ManagementTraining and Management Style on Employee Turnover Intentions at PT BankPembiayaan Rakyat Syariah Amanah Ummah Bogor. The research design used inthis study is a hypothesis testing. Data collection techniques in this study werecarried out by using field research through questionnaires, the sample used was 133 respondents and the analytical method used was descriptive statistics, and regression analysis.The results of this study are (1) Management Training has a negative effecton Employee Turnover Intentions  = -0,226 and p-value=0,001. (2) ManagementStyle has a negative effect on Employee Turnover Intentions  = -0,722 and p-value= 0,000. In other words, Management Training and Management Styles play a rolein reducing the level of Employee Turnover Intentions.
