P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh Keterlibatan Kerja (Job Involvement) terhadap Perilaku Anggota Organisasi (OCB) Karyawan PT. Buana Mas Sanjaya. Variable independent dalam penelitian ini adalah Job Involvement yang diukur dengan 18 pertanyaan dari Lodahl dan Kejner (1965) dimana masing-masing pertanyaan diukur dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Sedangkan variable dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) yang diukur dengan menggunakan 27 pertanyaan dari Coleman dan Borman (2000) dimana masing-masing pertanyaan diukur dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji regresi sederhana. Sampel yang diambil dari populasi yang ada sebanyak 50 orang menggunakan metode purposive sample. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian job involvement yang dilakukan pada karyawan PT. Buana Mas Sanjaya meniliki nilai rata-rata sebesar 4,179 dan analisis mengenai Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada karyawan PT. Buana Mas Sanjaya meniliki nilai rata-rata sebesar 4,260. Hasil analisa pengaruh job involvement pada karyawan PT. Buana Mas Sanjaya terhadap organizational citizenship behavior menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara job involvement terhadap organization citizenship behavior, dimana = 0,759 dan signifikan 0,000 dengan demikian dapat di tarik kesimpulan bahwajob involvement memiliki pengaruh positifterhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan PT. Buana Mas Sanjaya.

T his research was purpose to known is there any influence of For Organizational Citizenship Behavior To Employee of PT. Buana Mas Sanjaya. The independent variable in this research is job involvement that can be measured with 18 questions from Lodahl and Kejner (1965) where every each question measured by likert scales. The dependent variable in this research is Organizational Citizenship Behavior that can be measured with 27 questions from Coleman and Borman (2000) where every each question measured by likert scales. Sample that taken from population of 50 people using by purposive sample method. Based on job involvement research to the PT. Buana Mas Sanjaya employee has mean value 4.179 and analysis of the Organizational Citizenship Behavior on employee PT. Buana Mas Sanjaya has mean value 4.260. Result of influence analysis job involvement at employee PT. Buana Mas Sanjaya to organizational citizenship behavior found that there is positive influence between job involvement to organizational citizenship behavior, where = 0,759 and significant 0,000 thereby can pulled conclusion that job involvement has positive influence to organizational citizenship behavior at employee PT. Buana Mas Sanajaya.
