Pengaruh interpersonal conflict, job burnout, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (ocb), dan perceived interactional justice terhadap Counterproductive Work Behavior (cwb) pada pegawai di Rumah Sakit Jiwa NTB
P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Interpersonal conflict, OCB, dan Perceived Interactional Justice pada karyawan di RSJ Mutiara Sukma NTB. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Purposive sampling kepada 122 karyawan di RSJ Mutiara Sukma NTB dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online. Metode analisis data yang digunakan merupakan metode Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dengan SPSS versi 23. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Interpersonal Conflict, Perceived Interactional Justice berpengaruh positif terhadap CWB, sedangkan OCB berpengaruh negatif terhadap CWB. Implikasi bagi rumah sakit, manager melalui penelitian ini, peneliti berharap penelitian ini mampu memberikan gambaran kepada manajemen tentang situasi yang ada di sekitar anggota, dan peneliti berharap penelitian ini mampu memberikan masukan didalam mengelola dan menjaga lingkungan kerja yang sehat sehingga mampu mempengaruhi kinerja anggota.
T his study aims to analyze Interpersonal Conflict, Job Burnout, OCB, and Perceived Interactional Justice for employees at RSJ Mutiara Sukma NTB. The sample used in this study was a proportional sampling of 122 employees at RSJ Mutiara Sukma NTB by distributing online questionnaires. The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method with SPSS version 23. The results show that Interpersonal Conflict, Job Burnout, Perceived Interactional Justice have a positive effect on CWB. The implications for hospitals, managers through this research, researchers hope that this research is able to provide an overview to management about the situation that exists around members, and researchers hope that this research can provide input in managing and maintaining a healthy work environment so that it can affect the performance of members.
