P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dimensi Toxic Workplace Environment: Workplace Harassment, Workplace Bullying, Workplace Ostracism dan Job Burnout terhadap Job Performance. Data dikumpulkan dari 163 tenaga kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Keluarga Kita Tangerang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non-probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Teknik yang digunakan untuk menganalisis penelitian ini adalah uji instrumental berupa uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan software AMOS. Hasil pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara Workplace Harassment, Workplace Bullying, dan Workplace Ostracism terhadap Job Burnout, tidak terdapat pengaruh negatif antara Job Burnout terhadap Job Performance, tidak terdapat pengaruh negatif antara Workplace Harassment terhadap Job Performance, dan terdapat pengaruh negatif yang signifikan antara Workplace Bullying dan Workplace Ostracism terhadap Job Performance. Implikasi manajerial dapat diberikan untuk terus menurunkan tingkat Workplace Harassment, Workplace Bullying, dan Workplace Ostracism di tempat kerja sehingga Job Performance para tenaga kesehatan meningkat.

T his study aimed to analyze the effect of a Toxic Workplace Environment’s dimensions: Workplace Harassment, Workplace Bullying, and Workplace Ostracism and Job Burnout on Job Performance. Data were collected from 163 health workers at the Our Family Hospital, Tangerang. The data collection technique used in this study is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method. The technique used to analyze this study is an instrumental test such as validity, reliability, and hypothesis testing using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS software. The results of hypothesis testing in this study indicate that there is a significant positive effect between Workplace Harassment, Workplace Bullying, and Workplace Ostracism on Job Burnout, there is no negative effect between Job Burnout on Job Performance, there is no negative effect between Workplace Harassment on Job Performance, and there is a significant negative effect between Workplace Bullying and Workplace Ostracism on Job Performance. Managerial implications can be given to continue to reduce the level of Workplace Harassment, Workplace Bullying, and Workplace Ostracism so that the Job Performance of health workers increases.
