Pengaruh workplace spirituality, workplace climate, compensation terhadap performance pada karyawan PT. AIA Financial Jakarta
P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh workplace spirituality,Workplace Climate, Compensation terhadap perceived job performance padakaryawan PT AIA Financial Jakarta. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 170responden dari karyawan PT AIA Financial Jakarta dan metode pengambilan sampelmenggunakan purposive sampling. Serta menggunakan metode analisa data statistikdeskriptif (rata-rata) dengan analisa regresi berganda menggunakan software SPSSversi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh engagingwork terhadap perceived job performance , pengaruh sense of community terhadapperceived job performance, pengaruh workplace climate terhadap perceived jobperformance, pengaruh compensation terhadap perceived job performance. Darihasil penelitian ini disarankan agar kenyamanan yang dirasakan oleh karyawan PTAIA Financial Jakarta dapat terus di jaga sehingga terciptanya sebuah performa kerjaatau lingkungan kerja yang kondusif untuk bekerja.Penelitian ini memberikan saran agar penelitian selanjutnya dapat menelitivariabel lainnya yang belum diteliti dalam penelitian ini, sehingga dapat bermanfaatbagi perusahaan lainnya atau pada sektor lainnya agar penelitian ini beragam.
T his study aims to analyze the effect of Workplace Spirituality, Workplace Climate,Compensation on Perceived Job Performance on employees of PT AIA FinancialJakarta. Respondents in this study amounted to 170 respondents from employees ofPT AIA Financial Jakarta and the sampling method used purposive sampling. Andusing descriptive statistical data analysis method (average) with multiple regressionanalysis using software SPSS version 25. The results of study show that there is noeffect of engaging work on perceived job performance, influence of sense ofcommunity on perceived job performance, workplace climate influence on perceivedjob performance , the effect of compensation on perceived job performance. Fromthe results of this study, it is suggested that the comfort felt by PT AIA FinancialJakarta employees can continue to be maintained so that a work performance orwork environment is conducive to work.This study provides advice so that further research can examine other variables thathave not been studied in this study, so that it can be useful for other companies or inother sectors so that this research varies.
