Pengaruh Human Rosources Management Practices terhadap EmployeeEngagement pada Divisi HRO di PT. Pertamina (Persero), Jakarta
P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Human Resources Management Practice terhadap Employee Engagement dimana Human Resources Management Practice terdiri dari Recruitment and Selection, Training, Compensation, Job Definition, Performance Appraisal, Career Planning, Employee Participant. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 123 responden yang merupakan karyawan PT. Pertamina (Persero), Jakarta. Pengujian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi berganda. Praktek-praktek Human resources Management (Recruitment and Selection, Training, Employee participant, Career planning) berpengaruh terhadap Employee Engagement, sedangkan lainnya (Compensation, Job Definition, Performance Appraisal) tidak berpengaruh.
T his research aims to examine and analyze the influence of Human Resources Management for Employee Engagement Practice, Human Resources Management Practice which consists of Recruitment and Selection, Training, Compensation, Job Definition, Performance Appraisal, Career Planning, and Employee Participant. The sample used in this research were 123 respondents who are employees of PT. Pertamina (Persero), Jakarta. Testing in this research use multiple regression method. Human resources practices Management (Recruitment and Selection, Training, Employee participant, Career planning) influence on employee engagement, while others (compensation, Job Definition, Performance Appraisal) does not affect.
