Pengaruh career planning, work stress,work place well being tehadap turnover intention pada karyawan hotel bintang tiga Puncak Cipanas
P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Career Planning, Work Stress, Workplace Well Being terhadapTurnover Intention pada karyawan Hotel Bintang Tiga Puncak Cipanas. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah Career Planning, Work Stress, danWorkplace Well Being dan variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah Turnover Intention. Data dikumpulkan dari 100 responden dengan menggunakan sensus.Teknik yang digunakan untuk menganalisis penelitian ini adalah pengujian hipotesa dengan menggunakan metode regresi linear bergandadengan bantuan program SPSS versi 21. Hasil pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh negatifCareer Planning terhadap Turnover Intention, pengaruhpositif Work Stress terhadap Turnover Intention, dan pengaruh negatifWorkplace Well BeingterhadapTurnover Intention.Implikasi manajerial dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengurangi variabel Work Stress,agar tidak berdampak pada Turnover Intention atau berpengaruh kecil terhadap Turnover intention, manajemen tetap dapat membina hubungan baik dengan karyawan dan mengurangi beban kerja karyawan sehingga tidak menyebabkan stress kerja
T he purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Career Planning, Work Stress, Workplace Well Being on Turnover Intentionof Three StarHotel Employees Puncak Cipanas. The independent variables in this study are Career Planning, Work Stress, Workplace Well Being and the dependent variable in this study is turnover intention. Data were collected from 100 respondents using sensus. The technique used to analyze this research is hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression methodswith the SPSS assistance program version 21.The results of hypothesis testing in this study showed that there was a negative effect of Career Planning on Turnover Intention, a positive effect of Work Stress on Turnover Intention, and a Workplace Well Being on Turnover Intention. The managerial implication in this study is to reduce the Work Stress variable, so that it does not have an impact on Turnover Intention or has a small effect on Turnover Intention, management can still maintain good relations with employees and reduce employee workload so it does not cause Work Stress
