Pengaruh workload dan work environment terhadap employee performance yang dimediasi oleh work stress pada karyawan pt selamat sempurna tbk
P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Workload dan Work Environment Terhadap Employee Performance Yang Dimediasi Oleh Work Stress Pada Karyawan PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk. Penelitian ini menggunakan responden sebanyak 250 karyawan perusahaan dari Cabang Jakarta dan Tangerang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional, serta teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner melalui Google Form. Data dianalisis menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) dengan software SPSS 21 & AMOS 23. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa Workload memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap Employee Performance, Work Environment memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Employee Performance, Workload memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Work Stress, Work Environment memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap Work Stress, Work Stress memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap Employee Performance, Workload memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap Employee Performance yang dimediasi oleh Work Stress, Work Stress tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh Work Environment terhadap Employee Performance. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan bagi manajemen perusahaan untuk memotivasi karyawan dalam meningkatkan Employee Performance, serta memberikan dukungan berupa apresiasi terhadap karyawan yang telah menciptakan inovasi dan menunjukkan loyalitasnya terhadap tujuan perusahaan.
T his research aims to analyze the influence of workload and work environment on employee performance which is mediated by work stress in employees of PT Selamat Selamat Tbk. This research used 250 company employees from the Jakarta and Tangerang branches as respondents. This research is a quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach, and the sampling technique is purposive sampling and data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires via Google Form. Data were analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with SPSS 21 & AMOS 23 software. Hypothesis test results show that Workload has a negative influence on Employee Performance, Work Environment has a positive influence on Employee Performance, Workload has a positive influence on Work Stress, Work Environment has negative influence on Work Stress, Work Stress has a negative influence on Employee Performance, Workload has a negative influence on Employee Performance which is mediated by Work Stress, Work Stress cannot mediate the influence of the Work Environment on Employee Performance. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide input for company management to motivate employees to improve Employee Performance, as well as provide support in the form of appreciation for employees who have created innovations and shown their loyalty to the company\\\'s goals.
