P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh job stress, perceived organizational support, work family conflict terhadap turnover intention karyawan PT Sun Life Financial Indonesia. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer. Metode sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden 136 karyawan. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis linear berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS versi 25.Hasil menunjukkan bahwa job stress berpengaruh positif terhadap turnover intention, perceived organizational support tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention, dan work family conflict berpengaruh positif terhadap turnover intention. Implikasi manajerial dalam penelitian ini manajemen perusahaan sebaiknya lebih memperhatikan kesejahteraan dan kebahagiaan karyawan di dalam maupun di luar perusahaan, melakukan pembagian tugas dan jam kerja karyawan yang adil dengan cara menyesuaikan tugas dan beban kerja sesuai dengan jabatan dan usia karyawan, memberikan pelatihan khusus dengan cara memberikan studi kasus atau masalah yang menuntut kerja sama tim, serta lebih melibatkan karyawan seperti mendengar pendapat dan masukan dari para karyawan yang bertujuan untuk kemajuan perusahaan.

T his study aims to analyze the effect of job Stress, perceived organizational support, work family conflict on employee turnover intention at PT Sun Life Financial Indonesia. The data used in this research is primary data. The sample method used was purposive sampling with 136 employees as respondents. The hypothesis tested uses multiple linear with the help of the SPSS version 25 application.The results shows that job stress has a positive effect on turnover intention, perceived organizational support has insignificant effect on turnover intention, and work family conflict has a positive effect on turnover intention. Managerial implications in this study company management should pay more attention to the welfare and happiness of employees inside and outside the company, carry out a fair distribution of job description and working hours of employees, by adjusting job description and workload according to the position and age of employees, providing special training to enhanced problem solving skills of employees within teamwork, as well as involve employees more, such as hearing opinions and input from employees with the aim of improving the company.
