P enelitian ini bertujuan uuntuk menganalisis pengaruh Compensation, Burnout terhadap Turnover intention yang dimediasi Job satisfaction pada guru pondok pesantren modern terakreditasi A di Kabupaten Tangerang. Penelitian ini meneliti seluruh populasi berjumlah 143 guru 8 SMP di Pondok Pesantren Kabupaten Tangerang yang didapatkan dengan metode sensus. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji reabilitas, dan uji goodness of fit. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan metode SEM (Structural Equation Modelling dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 25 dan Amos versi 26. Hasil pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan compensation dan job satisfaction berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention, compensation berpengaruh positif terhadap job satisfaction, burnout berpengaruh positif terhadap turnover intention, burnout berpengaruh negatif terhadap job satisfaction, job satisfaction memediasi secara parsial pengaruh compensation terhadap turnover intention, dan memediasi secara penuh pengaruh burnout terhadap turnover intention. Implikasi manajerial dari penelitian ini diharapkan pimpinan pondok pesantren maupun sekolah memberikan peluang promosi dalam pangkat jabatan fungsional guru, mengadakan seminar perencanaan karir, pemberian compensation yang layak, serta mengevaluasi pemberian beban kerja guru.
T his research aims to analyze the influence of Compensation, Burnout on Turnover intention which is mediated by Job satisfaction in A-accredited modern Islamic boarding school teachers in Tangerang Regency. This research examined the entire population of 143 teachers at 8 junior high schools in the Tangerang Regency Islamic Boarding School which was obtained using the census method. The analysis techniques used in this research are validity tests, reliability tests, and goodness of fit tests. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method with the help of SPSS version 25 and Amos version 26 software. The results of hypothesis testing in this study showed that compensation and job satisfaction had a negative effect on turnover intention, compensation had a positive effect on job satisfaction, burnout had a positive effect on turnover intention, burnout has a negative effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction partially mediates the effect of compensation on turnover intention, and fully mediates the effect of burnout on turnover intention. The managerial implication of this research is that it is hoped that Islamic boarding school and school leaders will provide promotion opportunities in the functional rank of teacher, holding career planning courses, providing appropriate compensation, and evaluating teacher workload..
