P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Compensation, Training&Development, Supervisor Support terhadap Organization Commitment pada PTTelkomsel di Jakarta. Metode pengumpulan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakansensus dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada karyawan PT Telkomsel di Jakartasebanyak 50 orang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah denganmenggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan regresi berganda dengan bantuanprogram software SPSS 21. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis, dapatdisimpulkan bahwa, compensation berpengaruh positif terhadap organizationalcommitment, yang kemudian training & development berpengaruh positif terhadaporganizational commitment, serta supervisor support berpengaruh positif terhadaporganizational commitment. Manfaat penelitiandapat dijadikan informasi bagiperusahaan dan sebagai dasar acuan untuk penelitian selanjutya.

T his research aims to analyze the effect of compensation, training & development,and supervisor support of organizational commitment at PT Telkomsel in Jakarta.The sampling method is used to spread the cencus questionnaire at PT TelkomselJakarta totaling 50 employees. Data analysis method used by using descriptivestatistics analysis and multiple regression with SPSS 21. Based on the result ofhypothesis testing it can be concluded that compansation has positive impact onorganizational commitment, training & development has positive impact onorganizational commitment, and supervisor support has positive impact onorganizational commitment. That result of this study can be use as theoriticalimplications for further study.
