Pengaruh personal cost dan komitmen pada organisasi terhadap minat pegawai BUMN melakukan tindakan whistle blowing
P enelitian ini tentang pengaruh personal cost dan komitmen pada organisasi terhadap minat pegawai BUMN melakukan tindakan whistle blowing. Dalam penelitian ini, personal cost dan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel independen, sedangkan whistle blowing sebagai variabel dependen. Berdasarkan metode purposive sampling, penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 116 responden pegawai tetap perusahaan BUMN yang bergerak dibidang jasa dan berada di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dari kuesioner. Data di analisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda yang pengolahannya melalui SPSS 16. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa personal cost tidak mempengaruhi minat pegawai BUMN melakukan tindakan whistle blowing, sedangkan komitmen pada organisasi mempengaruhi minat pegawai BUMN melakukan tindakan whistle blowing.
T he research on the influence of personal cost and organizational commitment toward employee interest in the state-owned enterprises do whistle blowing. In this research, the personal cost and organizational commitment as the independent variable, while the whistle blowing as the dependent variable. Based on the method of purposive sampling, this research using a sample of as many as 116 the respondent employees remain the state owned enterprises company engaged in the service and was in the region of DKI Jakarta. This study uses data from the primer questionnaire. Data analysis using the multiple regression analysis of processing through SPSS 16. The results showed that the personal cost does not affect employees of the state-owned interest in doing the act of whistle blowing, while organizational commitment affect the interest of an state-owned enterprises employee doing whistle blowing.
