Pengaruh organizational culture dan empowering leadership terhadap organizational commitment dan dampaknya terhadap intention to stay pada karyawan richeese factory di Jakarta Barat
P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh organizational culture dan empowering leadership terhadap organizational commitment dan dampaknya terhadap intention to stay karyawan Richeese Factory di Jakarta Barat. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dimana jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 183 responden karyawan Richeese Factory di Jakarta Barat, dimana beberapa cabang yang diteliti yaitu cabang Richeese Factory Tanjung Duren, Richeese Factory Daan Mogot, Richeese Factory Ramayana Cengkareng, Richeese Factory Taman Semanan, Richeese Factory Rawa Belong, dan Richeese Factory Lokasari. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Analisis yang digunakan adalah metode statistik deskriptif rata-rata dengan software SPSS, Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan software AMOS, serta dengan menggunakan hypothesis testing (pengujian hipotesis). Hasil dari pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif di antara organizational culture dan empowering leadership terhadap organizational commitment dan intention to stay. Untuk terus meningkatkan intention to stay dan organizational commitment karyawannya, maka perlu ditingkatkan dan diperhatikan organizational culture dan empowering leadership yang diterapkan pada perusahaan.
T his research aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and empowering leadership on organizational commitment and its impact on the intention to stay of Richeese Factory employees in West Jakarta. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires where the number of samples used was 183 respondents from Richeese Factory employees in West Jakarta, where several branches studied were the Richeese Factory Tanjung Duren branch, Richeese Factory Daan Mogot, Richeese Factory Ramayana Cengkareng, Richeese Factory Taman Semanan, Richeese Rawa Belong Factory, and Richeese Factory Lokasari. The sampling method used in this research was purposive sampling. The analysis used is an average descriptive statistical method with SPSS software, Structural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS software, and using hypothesis testing. The results of hypothesis testing in this research show that there is a positive influence between organizational culture and empowering leadership on organizational commitment and intention to stay. To continue to increase employee intention to stay and organizational commitment, it is necessary to improve and pay attention to the organizational culture and empowering leadership applied in the company.
