Pengaruh perception of corporatesocial responsibility, organizational trust, turnover intention, perceivedorganizational support, dan work life balance terhadap organizational commitment pada karyawan kafe di daerah jakarta barat.
P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Perception of CorporateSocial Responsibility, Organizational Trust, Turnover Intention, PerceivedOrganizational Support, dan Work Life Balance terhadap Organizational Commitmentpada karyawan kafe di daerah Jakarta. Data dikumpulkan dari 195 responden denganteknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan snowball. Analisis data menggunakanstatistik deskriptif dengan mencari rata-rata dan untuk pengujian hipotesismenggunakan SPSS versi 25 Regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa,Perception of Corporate Social Responsibility tidak berpengaruh terhadapOrganizational Commitment, Organizational Trust berpengaruh positif terhadapOrganizational Commitment, Turnover Intention berpengaruh positif terhadapOrganizational Commitment, Perceived Organizational Support berpengaruh positifterhadap Organizational Commitment, dan Work Life Balance berpengaruh positifterhadap Organizational Commitment. Implikasi manajerial dalam penelitianperusahaan bisa memberikan dukungan sosial kepada karyawan untuk bisamengabulkan permintaan yang wajar mengenai perubahan kondisi dimiliki karyawan.Agar hal ini bisa memberikan tenaga dan energi untuk bisa bekerja sangat optimal.Sehingga permintaan tersebut untuk bisa membuat Work Life Balance karyawan lebihbaik dari sebelumnya yang tidak memberatkan sebelah sisi saja. Maka hal ini menjadisalah satu bentuk perusahaan untuk bisa memberikan dukungan kepada karyawannya.
T his research aims to analyze the influence of Perception of Corporate SocialResponsibility, Organizational Trust, Turnover Intention, Perceived OrganizationalSupport, and Work Life Balance on Organizational Commitment among cafeemployees in the Jakarta area. Data was collected from 195 respondents usingsnowball data collection techniques. Data analysis uses descriptive statistics byfinding the average and for hypothesis testing using SPSS version 25 multipleregression. The results of the research show that, Perception of Corporate SocialResponsibility has no effect on Organizational Commitment, Organizational Trust hasa positive effect on Organizational Commitment, Turnover Intention has a positiveeffect on Organizational Commitment, Perceived Organizational Support has apositive effect on Organizational Commitment, and Work Life Balance has a positiveeffect on Organizational Commitment. The managerial implication in research is thatcompanies can provide social support to employees to be able to grant reasonablerequests regarding changes in the employee\\\'s conditions. So that this can providepower and energy to work optimally. So the request is to be able to make the employee\\\'sWork Life Balance better than before without burdening just one side. So this is oneway the company can provide support to its employees
