Pengaruh job satisfaction, organizational commitment terhadap intention for career related development activities pada guru-guru di smp negeri 14 Bekasi
T ujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Job Satisfaction, Organisational Commitment terhadap Intention For Career Related Development Activities pada guru-guru di SMP 14 Negeri Bekasi. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yaitu data yang diperoleh langsung dari objek penelitian dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner kepada guru - guru di SMP Negeri 14 Bekasi, Penelitian ini mengunakan teknik Sensus, responden dalam penelitian ini betjumlah 40 orang guru-guru SMP Negeri 14 Bekasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah statistik deskriptif untuk menganalisisjob satisfaction, organizational commitment dan intention for career related development activities dan analisis regresi berganda menggunakan software SPSS Versi 13.0 untuk menganalisis pengaruh Job Satisfaction, Organisational Commitment terhadap Intention For Career Related Develompment Activities. Berdasarkan hasil statistik deskriptif, nilai rata-rata variabel Intention For Career Related Development Activities sebesar 1,972, yang berarti guru-guru SMP Negeri 14 Bekasi tidak memiliki niat untuk melakukan kegiatan pengembangan yang bertujuan untuk perubahan lingkungan kerja mereka di luar organisasi dan nilai vata-rata jawaban untuk job satisfaction adalah sebesar 3,8830, yang berarti guru-guru SMP Negeri 14 Bekasi merasa puas dalam bekerja dan Organizational Commitmen memiliki nilai rata rata sebesar 3,8335 yang berarti guru-guru pada SMP Negeri 14 Bekasi memiliki komitmen terhadap sekolah. Dari hasil analisis regresi job satisfaction, organizational commitment terhadap intention for career related development activities, diketahui nilai B1= -0,389 dan B2= -0,578, p-value sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh negatif antara job satisfaction, organizational commitment terhadap intention for career related development activities.
T he purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment to Intention for Career Related Develompment Activities on Junior High School Teacher in Bekasi 14. The collection of data used in this study are primary data that is data obtained directly from the object of study by distributing questionnaires to teachers - teacher at SMP Negeri 14 Jakarta, this study used census techniques, the respondents respondents in this study is 40 people Junior High School Teacher 14 Bekasi. The method of analysis used in this research is descriptive statistics to analyze job satisfaction, organizational commitment and intention to activities related to career development and regression analysis using SPSS software version 13.0 to analyze the effect of Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment Develompment Intention To Career Related Activities. Descriptive statistical results, the average value of a variable the intention for career related activities of 1.972, meaning teachers SMP Negeri 14 Bekasi has no intention of development activities which aim to change your organization's work environment and the value of the response average with job satisfaction is 3,8830, meaning that SMP Negeri 14 Bekasi teachers feel satisfied at work and organization Commitmen have an average of 3.8335, meaning the skimmed milk powder Negeri 14 Bekasi teachers committed to school. The results of job satisfaction regression analysis, organizational commitment in the intention of development activities related to race, knows that the value of B1, B2 this is a list- 0,389 and- 0,578, 0000 value < 0.05. This shows that there is a negative influence between job satisfaction, organizational commitment in the intention of relating career development activities.
