P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ethical climate terhadaporganizational commitment melalui job satisfaction. Data diperoleh dari kuesioner yangdisebarkan kepada seluruh karyawan Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk cabang DaanMogot. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sensus. Penelitian inimenggunakan metode analisa jalur atau Path Analisys dengan bantuan program SPSS 20(statistical program for social science).Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : 1) terdapat pengaruh ethical climateterhadap organizational commitment, 2) terdapat pengaruh ethical climate terhadap jobsatisfaction, 3) terdapat pengaruh job satisfaction terhadap organizational commitment, dan4) terdapat pengaruh ethical climate terhadap organizational commitment melalui job satisfaction.

T he purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of ethical climate towardorganizational commitment through job satisfaction on the employees of PT. Bank NegaraIndonesia (Persero) Tbk Daan Mogot Branch. The data were obtained from distributtingquestionnaires to all employees of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk in brach daanmogot as many as 120 peoples. The sampling technique used was census. This study usingpath analysis method for hypotheis testing using SPSS 20 (statistical program for socialscience).The results of this study indicates that : 1 ) there is no significant effect of ethicalclimate on organizational commitment, 2 ) there is a significant effect of between ethicalclimate on job satisfaction, 3 ) there is a significant effect of job satisfaction onorganizational commitment, and 4 ) there is a significant effect of ethical climate onorganizational commitment through job satisfaction.
