Pengaruh positive psychological capital terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour dan job satisfaction karyawan pada Hotel Maharani Jakarta
P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis positive psychological capital, jobsatisfaction dan organizational citizenship behaviour pada karyawan Hotel MaharaniJakarta serta untuk menganalisis pengaruh positive psychological capital terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour dan job satisfaction. Sampel dalam penelitian iniadalah karyawan dari Hotel Maharani Jakarta, dimana sampel dari 92 orang responden.Path analysis digunakan sebagai alat analisa untuk menguji hipotesis dalam penelitianini. Hasil dari pengujian menunjukan terdapat pengaruh dari Terdapat pengaruh yangpositif dan signifikan dari positive psychological capital terhadap job satisfaction danjuga terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari job satisfaction terhadaporganizational citizenship behaviour. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukan tidak adanyapengaruh dari positive psychological capital terhadap organizational citizenshipbehaviour
T his study aimed to analyze the positive psychological capital, job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior in employees Maharani Hotel Jakarta as well as toanalyze the influence of positive psychological capital on organizational citizenshipbehavior and job satisfaction. The sample in this study were employees of HotelMaharani Jakarta, where a sample of this study consist of 92 respondents. Path analysisis used as an analysis tool to test the hypothesis in this study. The results of the studyrevealed that there are significant and positive influence from positive psychologicalcapital on job satisfaction and there is also a positive and significant effect of jobsatisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior. The results also showed no effect ofpositive psychological capital on organizational citizenship behavior
