Pengaruh perceived external prestige terhadap deviant workplace behavior yang dimediasi oleh job satisfaction pada karyawan Hotel Grand Hyatt Jakarta
P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh perceived external prestige terhadap deviant workplace behavior yang dimediasi oleh job satisfaction. Job satisfaction berperan sebagai variabel perantara atau mediasi dalam penelitian ini. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 120 responden yang merupakan karyawan Hotel Grand Hyatt yang dikumpulkan dengan metode purposive sampling. Pengujian dilakukan dengan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM).Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah perceived external prestige memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap job satisfaction namun job satisfaction memiliki pengaruh negative terhadap deviant workplace behavior. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa job satisfaction memiliki pengaruh negative dalam memediasi pengaruh perceived external prestige terhadap deviant workplace behavior.
T his study aims to examine and analyze the effect of perceived external prestige to the workplace deviant behavior that is mediated by job satisfaction. Job satisfaction act as an intermediary or mediating variables in this study. The sample used in this study were 120 respondents who are employees of Hotel Grand Hyatt collected by purposive sampling method. Tests conducted by the method of Structural Equation Model (SEM) The results of this study are perceived external prestige of having a positive influence on job satisfaction, but job satisfaction negatively affect the workplace deviant behavior. It can be concluded that job satisfaction has a negative influence in mediating effect of perceived external prestige to the workplace deviant behavior.
