P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Job Satisfaction,Employee Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment terhadap Employee performance.penelitian ini menggunakan variabel Job Satisfaction, Employee Satisfaction,Organizational Commitment sebagai variabel bebas serta Employee Performancesebagai variabel terikat. Data dikumpulkan dari 160 sampel karyawan yang bekerja dicv.Dellisa catering dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitianini adalah non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Metodeanalisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisa dan statisticdeskriptif (rata-rata) dana analisis regresi berganda.Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan terdapat pengaruh positif Job Satisfaction,terhadap Employee performance, terdapat pengaruh positif Employee Satisfactionterhadap Employee performance, terdapat pengaruh positif OrganizationalCommitment terhadap Employee performance, terdapat pengaruh positif JobSatisfaction, Employee Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment terhadap Employeeperformance. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk dapat mempertahankan JobSatisfaction, Employee Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment sehingga dapatmempertahankan Employee Performance pada karyawan cv.Dellisa catering.

T he purpose of this research is to examine the effect of Job Satisfaction,Employee Satisfaction, organizational Commitment on Employee Perfromance. Thisstudy uses Job Satisfaction, Employee Satisfaction, organizational Commitment asindependent variable and Employee Performance as dependent variable. Data werecollected from 160 employees who work at cv.Dellisa catering. The data collectiontechnique used in this study is non-probability sampling with a purposive samplingmethod. Analysis method used in this study using the method of statistical dataanalysis (average) and multiple regression analysis.The results of this research found a positive influence Job Satisfaction onEmployee Performance, there is a positive influence Employee Satisfaction onEmployee Perfromance, there is a positive influence Organizational Commitment onwork engagement, there is a positive influence Job Satisfaction, EmployeeSatisfaction, organizational Commitment on Employee Performance. The result ofthis study are to be able maintain Job Satisfaction, Employee Satisfaction,organizational Commitment so that they can maintain Employee Performance onemployees in cv.Dellisa catering.
