P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis corporate social responsibility pada karyawan Bank BTPN Di Jakarta, untuk menganalisis organizational image pada karyawan Bank BTPN Di Jakarta, untuk menganalisis employee satisfaction pada karyawan Bank BTPN Di Jakarta, untuk menganalisis pengaruh corporate social responsibility terhadap employee satisfaction pada karyawan Bank BTPN Di Jakarta, Untuk menganalisis pengaruh corporate social responsibility terhadap organizational image pada karyawan Bank BTPN Di Jakarta.Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian lapangan berupa wawancara terstruktur, kuesioner serta penelitian literatur. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan metode SEM.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Dari hasil statistik deskriptif variabel Corporate Social Responsibility, diperoleh total nilai rata-rata adalah sebesar 3.85. (2) Dari hasil statistik deskriptif variabel Organizational Image, diperoleh total nilai rata-rata adalah sebesar 3.80, (3) Dari hasil statistik deskriptif variabel Employee Satisfaction, diketahui total nilai rata-rata adalah sebesar 3.74 yang artinya persepsi karyawan di Bank BTPN pada Employee Satisfaction adalah setuju , (4) Hasil dari pengujian hipotesis pertama yaitu terdapat pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap Employee Satisfaction dengan nilai signifikan p-value sebesar 0.000 < 0.05 dan nilai estimate (β) sebesar 0.159, (5) Hasil dari pengujian hipotesis kedua yaitu terdapat pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap Organizational Image dengan nilai signifikan p-value sebesar 0.000 < 0.05 dan nilai estimate (β) sebesar 0.246, (6) Hasil dari pengujian hipotesis ketiga yaitu terdapat pengaruh Organizational Image terhadap Employee Satisfaction dengan nilai signifikan p-value sebesar 0.000 < 0.05 dan nilai estimate (β) sebesar 0.759.

T his study aims to analyze the corporate social responsibility of BTPN Bank employees in Jakarta, to analyze the organizational image of BTPN Bank employees in Jakarta, to analyze employee satisfaction on BTPN Bank employees in Jakarta, to analyze the effect of corporate social responsibility on employee satisfaction at BTPN Bank employees In Jakarta, to analyze the effect of corporate social responsibility on organizational image on BTPN Bank employees in Jakarta.Data collection methods in this study use field research in the form of structured interviews, questionnaires and literature research. The analytical method used is to use the SEM method.The results of this study indicate that (1) From the descriptive statistics of Corporate Social Responsibility variables, the total average value is 3.85. (2) From the results of the descriptive statistics of the Organizational Image variable, the total average value is 3.80, (3) From the descriptive statistics of the Employee Satisfaction variable, it is known that the total average value is 3.74, which means the perception of employees at BTPN Bank on Employees Satisfaction is agreed, (4) The results of the first hypothesis testing that there is the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility on Employee Satisfaction with a significant p-value of 0,000 <0.05 and an estimated value (β) of 0.159, (5) The results of the second hypothesis testing that there are the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility on Organizational Image with a significant p-value of 0,000 <0.05 and an estimated value (β) of 0.246, (6) The results of the third hypothesis testing that there is an effect of Organizational Image on Employee Satisfaction with a significant p-value of 0,000 <0.05 and the estimated value (β) of 0.759.
