Pengaruh job satisfaction terhadap creativity be-haviors, affective organizational commitment, dan normative organizational commitment pada karyawan PT Trafoindo Prima Perkasa, Tangerang
P enelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Job Satisfaction terhadap Creativity Behaviors, Affective Organizational Commitment, dan Normative Organizational Commitment pada karyawan PT Trafoindo Prima Perkasa, Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan Job Satisfaction sebagai variabel bebas serta Creativity Behaviors, Affective Organizational Commitment, dan Normative Organizational Commitment sebagai variabel terikat. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif. Data pada penelitian dikumpulkan dari 160 karyawan yang bekerja di PT Trafoindo Prima Perkasa, Tangerang melalui pengisian kuisioner berupa google form dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif Job Satisfaction terhadap Creativity Behaviors dan terdapat pengaruh positif Job Satisfaction terhadap Affective Organizational Commitment, dan terdapat pengaruh positif Job Satisfaction terhadap Normative Organizational Commitment. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan serta mempertahankan Job Satisfaction sehingga akan mempengaruhi Creativity Behaviors, Affective Organizational Commitment, dan Normative Organizational Commitment.
T his study aims to analyze the effect of Job Satisfaction on Creativity Behaviors, Affective Organizational Commitment, and Normative Organizational Commitment on employees of PT Trafoindo Prima Perkasa, Tangerang. This study uses Job Satisfaction as the independent variables and Creativity Behaviors, Affective Organizational Commitment, and Normative Organizational Commitment as the dependent variables. The research design used in this study is a quantitative method. Research data were collected from 160 employees who work at PT Trafoindo Prima Perkasa, Tangerang through filling out a questionnaire in the form of a google form using purposive sampling. The results of hypothesis testing in this study indicate that there is a positive influence of Job Satisfaction on Creativity Behaviors and a positive influence of Job Satisfaction on Affective Organizational Commitment, and a positive effect of Job Satisfaction on Normative Organizational Commitment. The results of this study are expected to increase and maintain Job Satisfaction so that it will affect the variables of Creativity Behaviors, Affective Organizational Commitment, and Normative Organizational Commitment.
