P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh quality of work life dan work environment terhadap organizational commitment yang dimediasi oleh job satisfaction pada Karyawan PT. Kereta Api Indonesia di Jakarta Pusat. Survey menghasilkan 212 responden. Dalam penelitian ini, non-probability sampling digunakan bersamaan dengan strategi convinience sampling, sedangkan dalam pengujian hipotesis dengan structural equation model (SEM) sebagai alat analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa quality of work life berpengaruh positif terhadap job satisfaction, quality of work life berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational commitment, work environment berpengaruh positif terhadap job satisfaction, work environment berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational commitment, job satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational commitment, quality of work life dan work environment berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational commitment yang dimediasi oleh job satisfaction. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah diharapkan perusahaan selalu memperhatikan quality of work life karyawan, meningkatkan work environment agar karyawan merasa aman dan nyaman dalam bekerja, mempertahankan job satisfaction untuk mengingkatkan kinerja karyawan dan perusahaan harus memotivasi karyawan agar karyawan untuk memberikan saran-saran terkait permasalahan yang ada diperusahaan.

T his study aims to analyze the effect of quality of work life and work environment on organizational commitment mediated by job satisfaction at PT. Indonesian Railways in Central Jakarta. The survey produced 212 respondents. In this study, non-probability sampling was used together with the convenience sampling strategy, while in testing the hypothesis with the structural equation model (SEM) as an analytical tool. The results showed that the quality of work life has a positive effect on job satisfaction, the quality of work life has a positive effect on organizational commitment, the work environment has a positive effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has a positive effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational commitment, quality of work life and work environment have a positive effect on organizational commitment mediated by job satisfaction. The implication of this research is that it is expected that companies always pay attention to the quality of work life of employees, improve the work environment so that employees feel safe and comfortable at work, maintain job satisfaction to improve employee performance and companies must motivate employees so that employees provide suggestions regarding problems that exist in the company.
