Pengaruh organizational culture dan person-organization fit terhadap job satisfaction yang dimediasi oleh organizational commitment pada jasa marga group
P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari organizational culture dan person-organization fit terhadap job satisfaction yang dimediasi oleh organizational commitment pada Jasa Marga Group. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan sampel berjumlah 280 responden yang bekerja di Jasa Marga Group termasuk PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk dan PT Jasamarga Tollroad Operator. Uji hipotesis penelitian ini menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) dan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan software AMOS untuk menguji hubungan organizational culture, person-organization fit, organizational commitment, dan job satisfaction. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beberapa hubungan antar variabel dengan job satisfaction, yaitu Organizational culture dan person-organization fit berpengaruh positif dengan organizational commitment, dan organizational commitment berpengaruh positif terhadap job satisfaction. Selain itu, implikasi manajerial pada penelitian ini yakni Jasa Marga Group terus berkolaborasi dalam pembangunan budaya yang positif serta meningkatkan komunikasi yang dapat membantu membangun hubungan yang lebih baik serta meningkatkan kontrol mereka terhadap pekerjaan.
T his research aims to analyze the influence of an organizational culture, as well as the person-organization fit on job satisfaction, mediated by organizational commitment at the Jasa Marga Group. The data in this study was collected with purposive sampling with 280 respondents who worked at the Jasa Marga Group, including PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk and PT Jasamarga Tollroad Operator. This research hypothesis was tested using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Data analysis was carried out using AMOS software to test the relationship between organizational culture, person-organization fit, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction. The research results show several relationships between variables and job satisfaction, namely organizational culture and person-organization fit, which positively affect organizational commitment, and organizational commitment, which positively impacts job satisfaction. Organizational commitment has a positive effect as a mediating role between person-organization fit and organizational culture on job satisfaction. Apart from that, the managerial implications of this research are collaborating in building a positive culture and improving communication which can help build better relationships and increase their control over work.
