P enenlitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Perceived Organizational Support, Authentic Leadership terhadap Organizational Commitment yang dimediasi oleh Job Satisfaction. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan membagikan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengujian hypotesyis testing. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan bantuan software AMOS22. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dari 150 karyawan PT Paragon Group di Jakarta Selatan. Dengan metode penarikan menggunakan Purposive Sampling.Hasil uji hipotesis pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif Perceived Organizational Support dan Authentic Leadership terhadap Job Satisfaction. Terdapat pengaruh positif Job Satisfaction terhadap Organizational Commitment. Terdapat pengaruh Authentic Leadership terhadap Organizational Commitment. Terdapat pengaruh positif Perceived Organizational Support dan Authentic Leadership terhadap Organizational Commitment yang dimediasi oleh Job Satisfaction. Namun pada hipotesis ke empat tidak terdapat pengaruh Perceived Organizational Support terhadap Organizational Commitment. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan bagi manajer perusahaan agar dapat memperhatikan karyawannya dengan memberikan dukungan yang baik dan kepemimpinan authentic serta memberikan motivasi dan membimbing karyawan agar merasakan kepuasan dalam bekerja yang akan meningkatkan kinerja sehingga karyawan lebih berkomitmen terhadap perusahaan

T his research aims to analyze the effect of Perceived Organizational Support, Authentic Leadership on Organizational Commitment which is mediated by Job Satisfaction. The research conducted was descriptive quantitative research by distributing questionnaires. This study uses the hypothesis testing method. Hypothesis testing uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS 22 software. The data in this study were collected from 150 employees of PT Paragon Group in South Jakarta. With the withdrawal method using Purposive Sampling.The results of hypothesis testing in this study indicate that there is a positive influence of Perceived Organizational Support and Authentic Leadership on Job Satisfaction. There is a positive effect of Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment. There is an influence of Authentic Leadership on Organizational Commitment. There is a positive influence of Perceived Organizational Support and Authentic Leadership on Organizational Commitment which is mediated by Job Satisfaction. But in the fourth hypothesis there is no effect of Perceived Organizational Support on Organizational Commitment. From the results of this study it is hoped that it can provide input for company managers so that they can pay attention to their employees by providing good support and authentic leadership as well as providing motivation and guiding employees to feel satisfaction at work which will improve performance so that employees are more committed to the company
