Pengaruh transformational leadership, perceived organizational support, dan learning orientation terhadap employee creativity pada karyawan PT. NET Mediatama Televisi
P enelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Transformational Leadership, Perceived Organizational Support, dan Learning Orientation terhadap Employee Creativity pada karyawan PT. NET Mediatama Televisi. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan secara langsung yaitu dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner pada karyawan PT. NET Mediatama Televisi dengan populasi 350 karyawan dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden dari beberapa unit kerja yang telah ditentukan oleh bagian personalia. Metode analisis data yaitu menggunakan statistik deskriptif (rata-rata) dan analisis regresi sederhana dibantu dengan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh Transformational Leadership dengan Employee Creativity dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0.000 < 0.05 dan nilai koefisien (β) 0.430, kemudian tidak terdapat pengaruh Perceived Organizational Support terhadap Employee Creativity dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0.254 > 0.05 dan nilai koefisien (β) -0.109, dan juga terdapat pengaruh Learning Orientation terhadap Employee Creativity dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0.039 < 0.05 dan nilai koefisien (β) 0.230. Penelitian ini memberikan saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya sebaiknya tidak hanya dilakukan di satu objek penelitian saja tetapi dilakukan dibeberapa perusahaan. Implikasi manajerial dalam penelitian ini yaitu manajemen perusahaan diharapkan dapat terus memberikan perhatian, memotivasi, dan peduli terhadap kesejahteraan karyawan. Kemudian, manajemen diharapkan dapat memberikan keadilan yang bebas dari penyimpangan dan menghargai karyawan. Selain itu, manajemen diharapkan dapat meningkatkan Learning Orientation sehingga karyawan dapat terus mengembangkan kemampuannya. Serta, manajemen diharapkan dapat terus meningkatkan Employee Creativity agar dapat menghasilkan kinerja yang unggul.
T his purpose of this research is to examine effect of Transformational Leadership, Perceived Organizational Support, and Learning Orientation on Employee Creativity on PT. NET Mediatama Televisi. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out directly by distributing questionnaires to the employees of PT. NET Mediatama Televisi with a population of 350 employees and a sample of 100 respondents from several work units determined by the personnel department. Data analysis method is using descriptive statistics (average) and simple regression analysis assisted with SPSS version 25. The results of this study are that there is an influence of Transformational Leadership with Employee Creativity with a significant value of 0,000 <0.05 and coefficient value (β) 0.430, then there is no effect of Perceived Organizational Support on Employee Creativity with a significant value of 0.254> 0.05 and a coefficient value (β) -0.109, and there is also an effect of Learning Orientation on Employee Creativity with a significant value of 0.039 <0.05 and a coefficient value (β) 0.230. This study provides suggestions for further research should not only be done in one research object but carried out in several companies. Managerial implications in this research are that company management is expected to continue to pay attention, motivate, and care for employee welfare. Then, management is expected to provide justice that is free of deviations and respect for employees. In addition, management is expected to improve Learning Orientation so that employees can continue to develop their abilities. Also, management is expected to continue to improve Employee Creativity in order to produce superior performance.
