Pengaruh human resource management practices terhadap employee performance karyawan Tokopedia
P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Human Resource Management Practices terhadap Employee Performance karyawan Tokopedia. Data diperoleh langsung melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 327 responden Karyawan Tokopedia, di Jakarta. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan alat analisis regresi berganda. Metode pengumpulan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non-probability sampling dan pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling.Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa compensation and benefits berpengaruh positif terhadap employee performance dengan nilai estimasi 0,71, work-life policies tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap employee performance dengan nilai -0,114, performance appraisal berpengaruh positif terhadap employee performance dengan nilai estimasi 0,596, training and development berpengaruh positif terhadap employee performance dengan nilai 0,055, shift work stress berpengaruh positif terhadap employee performance dengan nilai 0,274. Manfaat penelitian dapat menjadi informasi bagi perusahaan dan sebagai dasar acuan untuk penelitian selanjutnya. Implikasi manajerial yang dapat diberikan adalah atasan perlu memperhatikan compensation and benefits, work-life policies, performance appraisal, training and development dan shift work stress di dalam perusahaan agar dapat meningkatkan employee performance.
T he purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Human Resource Management Practices on Employee Performance of Tokopedia employee. Data obtained directly through the distribution of questionnaires to 327 respondents Tokopedia, Jakarta. The data analysis technique in this research is by using multiple regression. Sample method used in this research is with non-probability sampling and samplings by using purposive sampling techniques.The results hypothesis testing showed that compensation and benefits had a positive effect on employee performance with an estimated value of 0,071, work-life policies had not a positive effect on employee performance with an estimated value of -0,114 performance appraisal had a positive effect on employee performance with an estimated value of 0,596, training and development had a positive effect on employee performance with an estimated value of 0,055 shift work stress had a positive effect on employee performance with an estimated value of 0,274. The benefits of this research can be an information for the company and as a basis for further research. The managerial implications that can be given are the boss needs to pay attention to compensation and benefits, work-life policies, performance appraisal, training and development and shift work stress within the company in order to increase employee performance
