Pengaruh organizational learning culture dan human resource management practices terhadap organizational effectiveness yang dimediasi oleh employee competencies pada karyawan PT Bank Central Asia Tbk, Jakarta Muara Karang
T ujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh antara organizational learning culture dan human resource management practices terhadap organizational effectiveness yang di mediasi oleh employee competencies pada karyawan PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk, Jakarta Muara Karang. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah organizational learning culture dan human resource management practices, variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah organizational effectiveness, dan variabel mediasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu employee competencies. Data dikumpulkan dari 170 karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk, Jakarta Muara Karang dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode SEM dengan program AMOS versi 20.Hasil pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif organizational learning culture terhadap employee competencies, terdapat pengaruh positif human resource management practices terhadap employee competencies, terdapat pengaruh positif organizational learning culture terhadap organizational effectiveness yang di mediasi employee competencies dan terdapat pengaruh positif human resource management practices terhadap organizational effectiveness yang dimediasi employee competencies. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk dapat meningkatkan serta mempertahankan organizational effectiveness dan meningkatkan variabel yang mempengaruhinya yaitu organizational learning culture, human resource management practices dan employee competencies pada karyawan di PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk, Jakarta Muara Karang.
T he purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of organizational learning culture and human resource management practices on organizational effectiveness mediated by employee competencies at PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk, Jakarta Muara Karang. The independent variables in this study are organizational learning culture and human resource management practices, the dependent variable in this study is organizational effectiveness, and the mediating variable in this study is employee competencies. Data were collected from 170 employees who work at PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk, Jakarta Muara Karang with data collection techniques used in this study is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used in this study uses the SEM method with the AMOS version 20 program.The results of hypothesis testing in this study indicate that there is a positive influence of organizational learning culture on employee competencies, there is a positive influence of human resource management practices on employee competencies, there is a positive influence of organizational learning culture on organizational effectiveness mediated by employee competencies and there is a positive influence on human resource management. practices on organizational effectiveness mediated by employee competencies. The results of this study are to be able to improve and maintain organizational effectiveness and increase the variables that influence it, namely organizational learning culture, human resource management practices and employee competencies at PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk, Jakarta Muara Karang.
