S ubyek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Sinar Mulia Makmur Jakarta. Perusahaan ini bergerak di bidang penyedia layanan supplier alat-alat kebutuhan dalam industri percetakan misalnya; mesin digital, toner dan jasa perawatan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis variabel organizational justice, performance appraisal, job satisfaction dan organizational citizenship behavior serta menganalisis pengaruh organizational justice, performance appraisal dan job satisfaction terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 50 responden dari karyawan PT. Sinar Mulia Makmur dan metode pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah quota sampling. Metode analisa data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif (rata-rata) dan analisa regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa analisis penilaian karyawan mengenai variabel organizational justice, performance appraisal, job satisfaction dan organizational citizenship behavior di PT. Sinar Mulia Makmur Jakarta diketahui sudah dalam kategori baik. Hasil pengujian hipotesis disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif organizational justice dan job satisfaction terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Namun, tidak terdapat pengaruh positif performance appraisal terhadap organizational citizenship behavior..

T he subject of this research is an employees of PT. Sinar Mulia Makmur Jakarta. The company oriented in the providers supplier tools industry needs, digital printing machine, for example; toner and services care. The purpose of this research is to examine of organizational justice, performance appraisal, job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior, and then examine effect of organizational justice, performance appraisal and job satisfaction toward organizational citizenship behavior. Sample in this research with 50 respondents from employee’s of PT. Sinar Mulia Makmur and the sampling method using quota sampling. Analysis methods data in this research using descriptive statistical (average) and multiple regression. Result of this research show; analysis assessment employees about variables organizational justice, performance appraisal, job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior of PT. Sinar Mulia Makmur is good category. Result of hypothesis testing be concluded there has effect organizational justice and job satisfaction toward organizational citizenship behavior; while there no have effect performance appraisal toward organizational citizenship behavior.
