Pengaruh supervisor support dan peer support terhadap volume and quality of training dan organizational incentives pada PT.Neumatt Indonesia
P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis supervisor support, peer supportvolume and quality of training, organization incentives, dan untuk menganalisis pengaruh supervisor support dan peer support terhadap volume and quality oftraining, menganalisis pengaruh supervisor support dan peer support terhadap organizational incentives. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah para karyawan PT.Neumatt Indonesia. Data diperoleh dengan penyebaran kuesioner sebanyak 115karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini variabel yang diukur adalah Supervisor Support dan Peer Support sebagai variabel (x), dan Volume and Quality of Training dan Organizational Incentives sebagai variabel (y). Metode analisis yang digunakanuntuk menguji hipotesis adalah Regresi Berganda. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif supervisor support dan peer supportterhadap volume and quality of training dan organizational incentives.
T his study aims to analyze supervisor support, peer support volume andquality of training, organization incentives, and to analyze the influence of supervisorsupport and peer support to the volume and quality of training, analyzing theinfluence of supervisor support and peer support to organizational incentives. Objectsin this study were employees of PT. Neumatt Indonesia. Data obtained withquestionnaires of 115 employees. In this study, the measured variable is theSupervisor Support and Peer Support as a variable (x), and Volume and Quality ofTraining and Organizational Incentives as a variable (y). The method of analysisused to test the hypothesis was Regression. Hypothesis testing results show that thereis a positive effect of supervisor support and peer support for volume and quality oftraining and organizational incentives.
